At Cottager's Plot Riding School, we pride ourselves on being able to help everyone whatever their level of riding skills. We don't want anybody to be afraid to come and try out horse riding. Horse riding is a thrilling sport but you can start as gently as you wish from just about any age.
We have horse riding pupils from all age ranges and although, naturally, girls form the majority of our pupils and riders, the guys are more than welcome to come and take part. You'll soon find that learning to control a quarter of a ton of muscle with a mind of it's own is not just a girl's sport!
It's never too late to take up this fantastic past time, you may eventually take part in some of the local competitions.
We offer a range of lessons for all ages and abilities in a friendly and professional atmosphere. Our experienced and qualified team of instructors is here to cater for your individual needs.
Lesson types that we offer are as follows:

Specialised Dressage tuition with Kate Johnson: 45 mins £32 Experienced Dressage rider at European level and worked for olympic dressage riders.

Saturday Club learning the points of the horse
*Our Saturday and Sunday clubs are extremely popular for children of all ages. The children ride for one hour then learn different aspects of pony care including grooming, care of tack and tacking up, stable management, plaiting, bathing etc as well as having fun socialising with like minded peers.
